What is off limits for your cleaning team?
Yes, we have a few exceptions! We don't clean:
- Bodily fluids (e.g., blood, vomit)
- High levels of clutter (we'll tidy up, but extreme hoarding situations require specialized help)
- Chandeliers (unless specifically requested and safely accessible)
- Light bulbs (we won't wipe or replace them)
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint thinner, etc.)
- Areas with pest infestations or mold growth
- Personal items like litter boxes, dirty laundry, or intimate apparel
- Removing paint droppings on surfaces after construction (We provide post-construction services. Request for more details)
- We don't clean areas that require climbing higher than a second step on a ladder. We prioritize safety and leave the high-reaching tasks to the pros! We focus on cleaning what's reasonable and safe for our team, so you can enjoy a fresher, cleaner space!
